Mind. Body. Heart.

SETTLE: The Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience hosted and led by Jess Pfeffer, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand how stress may still be shaping your daily life, relationships, and patterns.

Through restorative practices, nourishing meals, time in nature, and intentional community, you’ll be supported in moving from survival mode toward greater regulation, softness, and self-trust.

This retreat is for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, constantly “on,” or disconnected from themselves and are craving intentional rest, clarity, and deeper connection.

During this retreat, you can expect:

Nervous System Education
Gain a deeper understanding of stress responses, emotional patterns, and how early experiences may continue to influence adulthood.

Somatic Practices
Experience gentle body-based practices including movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation tools. A Yin Yoga + Sound Healing Session and an Inner Child Work + Reiki Session.

Mindfulness, Rest & Reflection
Create space for stillness through guided rest, journaling, intentional pauses, and moments of reflection throughout the weekend.

Nature & Restoration
Reconnect through outdoor time, walks, fresh air, and the calming rhythm of nature.

Farm-to-Table Meals
Enjoy nourishing meals designed to support grounding, energy, and overall well-being.

Community & Connection
Spend time with like-minded women in an intimate setting that encourages authentic conversation, reflection, and support.

Integration & Takeaways
Leave with practical tools to regulate stress in daily life, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.

What Past Guests Are Saying

“This was the most special and beautiful investment for me and my health and well being. I met so many women who I can now call my friends and learned so much from each and every session leader. Thank you!”

SETTLE was just the pause that I needed. It truly allowed me to “tune in” to my body and “be” and not “do”, which I am working on in this season of my life.
